GEMView Technical

No specialized software is required for GEMView: a web browser (we recommend up to date versions of Internet Explorer or Firefox), and an internet connection.

For utilising spreadsheet extracts, a spreadsheet program is required that is capable of viewing Microsoft Excel spreadsheets in XLS or XLSX format. 

GEMView is based on ASP.Net, a part of Microsoft's .Net platform, and it is written in C#. 

For most customers, exSITEz will handle the web server aspects for you. Should you choose to manage your own data with GEMWin In-house, and also to implement an in-house GEMView server, the main requirement is a server running IIS with .Net 2.0. Contact us for more information
